We research new technologies and processes to understand how they can be best applied to humanity sustainably thriving in harmony with the planet. We research how those technologies are or are not being applied effectively looking for gaps in the market. We then invest in or create companies to capitalize on developing commercial applications within the identified niche.
How we do it
Windshear uses a combination of media, academic, financial and technology information sources in concert with machine learning to build a broad understanding of global markets. We also maintain close relationships with key personnel in venture, activist and impact investor environments. Finally, we participate in and collaborate with regulatory entities to drive adoption of the technologies in which we invest.
